rf2 gone from pc

    i played rf2 the other day,came back today and the option to play rf2 was not there in steam,only install rf2,does anyone know why this has happened,why has steam had to re-download rf2

    Had you previously selected the beta branch that Studio 397 just got rid of?

    I selected the non last stable beta

    That´s the point! This last stable option was deleted!
    Now steam thinks you haven´t any valid version installed.
    You had to download new anyways, so go for it.

    But I played rf2 the day they removed the last stable beta,and the day after,then all of a sudden it said that,anyway no big deal,it hasn't happened since I posted this thread,thanks for replies
