RF2 do not load any track

hi all!
since early 2015 rf2 stop to work on my pc, when i select a track, it load ok, the mouse cursor show up and game crash, it happen with any track and any car.
i try to reduce settings to low but problem still happen.
i reinstall game, reinstall windows, update drivers, but not solution
my system

intel core i5 3ghz
8mb ram
windows 7
amd radeon 6670 2526MB
video driver v8.17.0010.1404

any help is very welcome, i want this sim works again on my pc
any suggestion, idea, anything that help me to fix this, i suppost my system can run RF2!!

Do you have any plugins install?

 

not, just the lite install with isi tracks and sparks cars

 

Have you tried to install the c++ runtimes manually?

YourInstall\Support\Runtimes

 

how do i install these, any tutorial ?

 

Double click on each of the 4 files?

 

i did not found any support/runtimes folder??

 

If you have core and appdata separate installed its in your data folder.
Its located parallel to your installed folder.

 

thank you, that help a little bit, tracks now load but most of time all scenary is missing, there is something wrong with my system and Rf2!
