I copied the config to a place you suggested and ended the CCC.exe. Not sure which one cured it but it did and I can now get into devmode!! Great spot!! I now won't pull the rest of my hair out. Has this bug been reported already?
I'm glad it worked the config was the issue for sure, CCC is an issue when you press the Escape key to return to the garage and nothing happens. No, and please do so.
Yes I tacked it onto the ingoing thread about wrong placement of the DevMod trace.txt file a couple of days ago.
