rf2 bug the AI crashes the server

hello,
since yesterday impossible to launch the server with AI the server closes, I reinstalled everything and the problem persists. the server and locally on my machine where I play, and I have the message about the mods created with mas2 type=mod installed=no not installable unknow base cmp for .. and I have the name of the gt3 aston v3.59 missing virtual cmp--audi - bmw etc..
if you could help me please? I specify that if I start without AI and that in the options once the server is launched, I can add the AI by 5 ...
no message error when it crash, just close the windows and nothing.

Working dir is wrong in the ModMgr screenshot ...
Remove Bin64 from Working Dir.

Add maybe redo the mod with the MAS Tool.

2 attempts with AI it does not work and the last one by removing the AI and it works the server starts!

 

Looks to me that you've got a couple of things confused, firstly you say you've used steamCMD to setup your server in ../rFactor2-Dedicated yet the screenshot of your modmanager is the game one. Same for the mas2 tool, you look to be using the ingame one.
ok now to sort things out, firstly navigate to ../rFactor2-Dedicated/Bin64 and right click on rFactor2 Dedicated.exe and select "send to desktop".
On your desktop you'll now have a shortcut to start the server, right click on it and select properties. You should now see this;


Click at the end of the Target line, add a space then +trace=2.
In the Start in box delete the \Bin64 bit, so it should now look like;


That should create a server trace file in ../rFactor2-Dedicated/UserData\Log folder.

Now for the Mod Manager, navigate to ../rFactor2-Dedicated/Bin64 and right click on ModMgr.exe and select send to desktop. On the newly created shortcut right click and select properties and in the Start in box remove the /Bin64 bit

Removing the Bin64 bit should ensure when you open the servers mod manager it'll have the correct Working and Packages directories...check to make sure.
Now for the Mas2 Tool, navigate to ../rFactor2-Dedicated\Support\Tools, right click on MAS2.exe and select send to desktop. Double click the newly created shortcut and on the ribbon at the top click on the one that looks like a filing cabinet

Then set the packages folder to ../rFactor2-Dedicated\Packages.

Now navigate to your Games userdata folder and copy ServerUnlock.bin to your server's userdata folder ie ../rFactor2-Dedicated/Userdata. That should now show "Keys loaded" at the top of your mod manager


Now you should be good to create your mod and install using the new shortcuts we've just created.

A couple of things to note. Seeing as the server is on the same computer as your game, to start the server, close Steam first then start the server, then you can start steam and the rF2 and try and join your server.
Also in your server's Player.json file find the line;

Anyway there is a problem because when I created the RF2serv folder with steamcmd inside, it created a second file named rf2 dedicated server… with the same thing. there on the shortcut I added the path .. what I don't understand is that it will work very well and with the AI a week ago, and hop overnight for no reason, the AI crash the server, and nothing works anymore now.. I am lost lol
