Relative times in practice

Is there a way to have relative times in practice like in all other simracing games apart using Simhub?
Why doesn't the dev implement it in the game?

Strangely i didn't need to activate Shared memory plugin.
Anyway, it would be better that the dev enables relative times in practice because i have to play with borderless seettings and lost some fps.
