Refund for duplicate purchase

I purchased the Q1 2022 DLC pack, but did not initially realize it was in my copy of the game the first time, and accidentally purchased it three more times. Is it possible to get a refund for the three extra purchases?

You have to do it through steam support. No matter what they tell you, it can only be done by them.
