I went to purchase the DLC for a friend on Steam but mistakenly bought it for myself, despite the fact that I already had it because it was purchased for me by a different friend shortly after it came out. This is what Valve said: How do I get Studio 397 to authorize a refund? This seems really bizarre since Valve is the one that processed the transaction. Not sure why I need to "ask" you guys if it's OK that it gets reversed. Assistance please?
And here's my inventory showing I have...2 copies of DLC. Not that I can do anything with a second version....smh
