Refresh rate set and reset to 50 hz instead of 60 hz

    Each time I exit from game, 60 hz is lost and replaced by 50 hz in game and in launcher.
    GTX 1060, run Windowed - Borderless.

    Known bug I believe. For me it's always 24hz. But the game actually runs on the correct hz since it's windowed mode.
