It would seem like a typical difference between LDR and HDR, with the textures and material being too optimized for one of them. I have just tried toggling HDR on my experimental Joesville testbed, and while the difference is not nearly as big as in your screenshots, the rubber simply wouldn't make the surface darker when it should be doing so slightly. Usually it's simply a matter of rebalancing the textures to get a more consistent result between both modes. Load your track in the Viewer to quickly see the difference between HDR and LDR. You might find some other little surprises ...
All I see here is HDR not being enabled in ModDev mode. To enable it, open the config.ini in your main rF2 folder, and change these lines: Code: UsePostFX=1 UseHDRProcess=1 Please note that these values are reset back to 0 each time you change video settings.
