    Hi

I am having a strange issue with re-activating one of our accounts. We just re-installed windows on the system, but when we came to re-activate rF2 it recognized the account and allowed us to log in, but when re-activating it says ' License not found ' ???????

    Any help would be appreciated

When you do a fresh install of your OS, you need to save the .rfactor folder in appdata/roaming. <-- That folder contains your activation information.

The folder in My Documents only has your profile. Not your activation.

If you didn't save that folder, you have to re-activate.

Once you're activated, save that folder some place safe! :D You won't have to re-activate unless you do a major hardware upgrade (cpu/mobo).

Thanks Buddhatree, but it was a major PC overhaul inc Mobo/CPU, Gjon helped me sort the issue very quickly and the issue was not with rF2 or the activation system, more of an issue with 'Geriatric Brain Fade' :p But thanks for the help / heads up ;)
