Purchased DLC shows up as "Hidden"

Purchased DLC shows up as "Hidden" when I try to visit the workshop to subscribe to it

 

You shouldn't find the DLC in the workshop, but rather in your inventory. At the Steam Library page, click on your name. A drop down menu will appear and Inventory will be one of the available options. Click on Inventory and Steam will display all the DLC you own.

 

What he’s saying is that if you go to your inventory, click on an item and click the view workshop item you’ll get this;
