When the screen blacks-out in the video, Windows is displaying its User Account Control dialogue box for me to confirm that I want rFactor 2 to launch.

This same loops keeps happening, each time duplicating the start parameters string further.
I've tried verifying the game through Steam.
It will launch if I leave the public beta branch.
Anything else I can try on my end?
