Processing Refund Cannot login to play online

    Hi, I had trouble with Credit card purchase so when i checked my account it said i had no licenses. I clicked on refund as i had issues saying that credit card been locked for 24hrs but had been given an invoice number. I then proceeded to order through paypal everything worked fine, got email etc etc. When i logged in it says that Login attempt resulted in unknown server response. Login attempt was not successful. Yet at the bottom of the screen it says Welcome Jason Palmer. We are have processed a refund for this account. So have paid and still cannot play online :(

    I would suggest that you all PM Gjon with the details of your situation and the email addy you used to register. I'm sure he can get you hooked up. He is kind of back logged at the moment, so it may take a bit of time.

    But he'd probably ask for a PM anyway, so.... :)
