hello, I bought the honda civic, but as soon as I want to drive with my crash games whether online or not. anyone have an idea of the problem?
in Steam verify the files. Right click on rFactor 2 in the library, then click on Properties and Local Files. From there you can verify files. When you start the game look at the top for any pending updates and click on that. Choose the option to install all pending updates. If you have an AMD video card, you need to use an older videocard driver. The last stable driver for rF2 is v22.5.1. If all else fails, rename the USERDATA folder and let rF2 rebuild a fresh new folder.
I have already done all of this apart from renaming the userdata, but I have no problem driving with another car, only the car I just bought is giving me problems.
Please post a screenshot from the menu showing the DLC from the Store.(the in-game menus) Your Civic should have a Green checkmark, if it's an orange checkmark or a red X then the install isn't complete. You might try deleting the car or uninstalling and let Steam send a new download.
hello and thank you for your help, so I am on the latest version. I rename the userdata folder and still the same, I just have to put the amd driver in 22.5.1 which I did not do. otherwise I uninstalled everything reinstalled both the DLC and the games several times and checked the files which there just found me another file which he put back and I had the update of the civic version 2023. damn I don't understand anything.
on the other hand when I open the game a power shell window opens with a tab of the direction of the game is this normal?
Can you enable trace and send the trace file and mini dump? https://docs.studio-397.com/users-guide/diagnosing-issues-using-logging
AMD videocard driver v22.5.1 is the last working driver version. Use DDU to remove your current driver and then install V22.5.1.
