You are using the same resolution with larger pixels so any jag is going to be accentuated.

Most people want high detail and can afford it go to 2560 over 24" screen

    I know I would.

This is the monitor I bought a couple years ago and its the best I could find for gaming. Sure you could go for a 100 inch tv but until 4k tv's come out you have to run it at 1080 which sucks and is terribly low resolution within 100 inch's especially if you are trying to sit close to it in order to race sims. Running rfactor at 2560x1600 is pretty stunning and if you can afford three of them and a couple GTX690's your sim racing will never be the same.

Were you running the native resolution on the 42"?

I don't think this is due to the size difference. Another problem should occur with your biggest monitor.

As DJCruicky said, you talked about fullhd 1080i in your first post. This mean 1080 line Interlaced, which is "badest" than 1080p meaning Progressing which is the real Fullhd. So you need to check this point because using Interlaced can create blurry images. So if your TV is fullhd 1080i you need to set the game to 1920x1080 Interlaced too.

Woodee mean if you're using another resolution than the native one, the one the monitor is made for, you can have this kind of problem (E.g. playing a game 1600x900 on a fullhd TV with native resolution of 1920x1080).

Also, I have 2 way to play rF2 using game fullhd resolution 1920 x 1080: one with my Asus 26", and the other one with my projector which mean a picture of 1m35 x 2m40 = around 2m75 = around 108", and the game is perfectly fine in both "screens" using same settings (nearly all maxed). That's why I'm pretty sure you have some problems and it's not due to rF2.

Also (too much also I know ;) ) when I change from my montor to my projector, the Graphics options are resetted, so you need to go in "Configure Sim" from the Launcher and set your graphical option each time you switch your monitor, or you will have the default resolution (which is low).

Sorry if it sound some basic suggestions, just trying to help! ;)

I know from experience on my 42" that if I run fullscreen with anything but the native resolution (which for me is 1920x1080) then it looks like I have Antialiasing off. Going back to the native resolution of the monitor and the effect disappears.

Thanks for the reply..The screen is a 1080p.. In nvidia controll panel the resolution is on 1920-1080i..i can sett the grafik to 1920x1080p
Then it look better..butt still blurred and jaggi textures..so strange that rfactor one look so good..

I got a ASUS Geforce GTX 660 2 Gb...maby that not good to get rfactor 2 look good.

Rfactor 2 AA is messed up I think. I can get much better AA in Rfactor 1 too.

    I have a gtx660 2gb and I can run rf2 at almost max everything

I set nv inspector and use the rf2 profile, then tweak the AA to my liking. Runs 60fps nearly everywhere

Mind you I'm not running at HD resolutions....but I don't get jaggies
