Just trying out the Corvette at LimeRock.

Pressing escape in the garage quits back to the main menu!! Is it suppose to do this?

    Thanks :)

yes. Along the options route from exit screen to racing in realtime, the "Enter" key moves you forward towards realtime and the "esc" key moves you back towards leaving the game.

Is this why esc in game on track quits the 'session'?
It used to put you back to pits.
    It also caused a ctd.

omg, i just can't understand why you did it so? It is totaly user-unfriendly. Totaly!
Ok, Enter to move on and Ecs to exit is ok.
But, at first, how about asking confirmation? Every normal program have confirmation dialogs when deal get to aborting some important process/mode. If i accidently hit esc in online quali - i instantly fly out of the race! I did it 5 times already.
And second, sometimes this behavior is not what windows user anticipating. In dialogs usualy ENTER means confirmation and ESC means canceling action. But now when i am in main menu and press EXIT, rFactor ask confirmation "Are you sure want to quit?". Yes, i do and i press enter to confirm and come back to main menu. Where is logic?
Also, on "Vehicle", "Track" and "Race Settings" ENTER and ESC keys don't work. Imo, it should be Enter = Accept, Esc = Cancel or Back.
And text in main drivers table still disarranged on 2560x1440.
In other hand, thanks for physics improvements, they are great.

This is a problem yes. I wish i could change it back to how it was before too, but we have to get used to it.
After ive finished a few laps I then click to 'LIVE' maximize view, then press escape to stop instant replay, then click 'LIVE' minimize view again, and i'm back where I need to be. :)

I've noticed that hitting escape while on track (offline) will SOMETIMES end the session. Not very often, maybe 1/10 times.

ok. In a future update this option will be toggled on/off by a playerfile variable with the default as off. (probably won't be in the next update though...)

What the hell were you guys thinking making this an option at all? I'm trying to make a setup for my car offline and whenever I go back to the garage I get kicked back to the main menu. Do any of you even use the product you are making?
