Plugins only ready after 10-15sec?

Is it not possible that plugins get loaded like in RF1, directly when entering and waiting in the pits?
Specially for the motion plugin, it is really annoying when your motion seat only starts to move when leaving the pitlane?

 

I mainly moved this so I won't forget to ask about this, as I get asked it a lot.

 

I don't mind the external plug-ins taking 10-15 seconds whilst sat in the pit/garage, as i wait for them to spring to life and imagine i'm waiting for the race engineer or skivvy to clean the windshield or something It's more of a pain when sat on the grid waiting for the green light and nothing works until the 1st corner, a bit off putting
