Plugin EnvironmentInfoV01 - add currently active mod manifest path

    Hi,

    currently I can't see a non-super-hacking way of getting currently active Mod from within InternalsPlugin. Please add the currently active mod manifest path to the EnvironmentInfoV01 of SetEnvironment method.
