Player and AI pit and garage idea

Just a quick thought..

What if when the player drives into the pit lane and turns their car into their assigned garage, it brought up the garage menu? It might be a slightly more realistic way than currently, and might save the player having to press ESC

On a similar note, currently AI cars park in their pit bay and then disappear into their garages. Would it be possible to make the AI simply reverse in from there? (and possibly later, have an animated person/crew push the cars in?)

Just some thoughts

 

Sounds good it will be a huge improvement to keep up with the other racing simulators

Good idea! But I think it will probably be one of the last things to do (first physics/graphics related problems). Still, +1
