If the sky is clear average fps are 90
If the sky is cloudy average fps are 50
Rain does not affect to fps

What resolution and settings do you run with? I notice no impact on a GTX 660 Ti @ 1080p.

It is as the TE say. But Marcel is aware of it and it will be fixed.

A number of different people reporting that. It's weird, clouds shouldn't be that demanding, maybe bloom is screwing the FPS.

yep after seeing really varied fps at the same track and car and settings, I gathered the clouds were actually as said here.

Although I'm not seeing 50% fps drop - its maybe 5-10 frames.
