The new online system has disappeared from my menu! Had an update last night and the online racing is missing from the top of my menu unless I sign up to the latest Beta, if I do sign up I don't get into an event , after a small amount of time, maybe 5-10 seconds it gives me the option to return to main menu or leave RF2?
To use the Online system, AND use the latest version of rF2, you have to choose NONE when selecting a Beta. S397 converted the Release Candidate to the main program so once you choose the NONE option, you should see the latest updates, including the Online option.
A few people have had success verifying rF2 files in steam. One of those had to do it twice. Of course do as Dave says and select "None" in the betas tab. (or you might select some old version with a whole different system that no longer works) (there's a couple of other people who haven't yet had the online system work for them when it was the release-candidate; I guess their issue is deeper)
