I found that over time there is less and less people on-line for racing. Is that me? Is there something wrong on my side?
Well, lately there were many issues with the match maker and many servers were not visible. However, there are a couple of leagues going on. Look at the server lists (http://rfactor.net/rf2mm.php), get the url (or google it) of the web site from the "Server Name" and check them out and you'll find leagues going on. Let me know if you need more info
Just checked this URL, I see the same servers on rFactor2 games, that's it not some many people on-line
Yes, but what I meant is that there are a couple of leagues being organised, you wont see people online all the time but you can join the league races at specific times. Most leagues run their races late in the evening, like 7 or 8 GMT. Note that you would need to do some real practice first and register to the races. You can, for example, find organised races at Race Department or Race2play. Google them
There aren't huge amounts of people racing rF2 online yet. More people do on the weekends, and more people do at 6pm-9pm Euro time. If that helps. The link above shows graphs where you can mouseover to see peak times.
its because everyones racing offline! AI is impressive in RF2, sure much room for improvement but perfectly good enough now.
Not bad at all I have to say. They can be a bit faster especially in slow corners. I have just tried pCars latest build and all cars crashed into each other and then me on the first corner......LOL
rF2 is still beta dude - you can find races though all the time. But leagues are the way to go for guaranteed racing just as you are doing in rF1.
Tim, it would be very cool to see aggregated data to show what tracks and mods are most popular today, this week, this month, etc.
It has for me each time, unless the MM was down... The graphs aren't active now, is that what you mean?

Wet his was out first track and yes very fun! Don't worry it will come around again. I'll also add it to the rotation server where we cycle through different circuits.
