Offroad rattle G27 issues fixed?

hi,

saw in the latest update that off road feedback was meant to be improved. i still have a horrific rattle on g27. on track is fine so i don't really want to have to edit the plr which numbs the feedback as that has no effect on off road ffb?

You can adjust the "off-road multiplier" in your controller.ini file. By default is set to 1.5. I reduced to 1.0 and it's fine now!

Can't find the setting you are referring to in the controller.ini. Jolt magnitude? confused.

 

hi, I tried setting it to 0 and values near 0 and nothing changed.

I set the off-road multiplier to zero but this had no effect on the rattling itself.

For me the only way to reduce the rattling is to change the "steering torque filter". At the moment I'm running it at a value of "9" which seems to be a good compromise.
