I had tried to connect my PC to my 42" HDTV and it was awesome, but too bad this TV (a 2010 LG) highest resolution is 1080i (interlaced), which gave me headache after few minutes of driving. So I bought another HDTV, a 32" Samsung 1080p. Although the screen size (and immersion factor) is not as amazing as 42", I'm still liking it better than my old 17" monitor :D Another thing for me is I like monitor/TV with wide screen (16:9) format much better than 4:3 format.

rF2 performance in these two TVs are not different, since rF2 really depends on the resolution you use, not the physical size of your monitor/TV. However if you want to use just a single monitor, get the biggest one you can afford, plus Track IR or FaceTrackNoIR, or a video projector (like in my other thread, triple screen setup or projector)
