It's probably already been mentioned, but if you keep taking the shortcut through the tyre barrier chicane and stay to the right of the cones, you'll get sub 2:00 minute lap times on the 24h layout. I haven't tested the other layouts yet. Cheers, Uwe
Its the shortcut to a straight timed lap, and yes, you can get a crazy lap time that way DJ knows about it.
I stand here to welcome the best possible way the creators and contributors of this circuit. To be honest, I use exclusively rfactor 2 with this circuit and your version of the Nordschleife. I am therefore very grateful. in parallel, I'm really on the lookout for an update ... So my question is quite simple : when a new version will be offered? (I did not request a date on precise but approximate delivery times). Thank you so much, congratulations for your talent and your investment! Sorry for my bad english.
I don't think it needs a new version, but when rF2 moves to Steam only it should definitely be put in the workshop.
What a beautiful piece of work guys. I used to think sims like Pcars and AC had the most beautiful tracks and mods but I am totally blown away with rF2 and some of the tracks which are very well done. The best I've seen as a matter of fact. Also the best physics for road surface. I really get the sense I'm driving on some of these old tracks and watching the road very closely and driving the car opposed to waiting to get to the next corner.

I have been enjoying this track soooooo much. What a treat!!! And I do mean three explanation points and two smiley faces! I do have a question. I got the Ford GT MklV and the windows are all this pale blue. Very annoying. This is the only track and car this happens with that I've noticed. Has anyone else seen this? Is there any way to fix it?
I had this issue months before with the Ford. Not only at nords. There is no quick solution afaik. Cheers
The Ford GT MklV is such a rewarding car to drive. It's a shame I didn't try it on another track sooner. I would have done it this time because I use this beautiful track most but had forgotten to change back when going to drive this car. What a pleasent, clear surprise. What other cars have you experienced this hazy blue plexiglass with? Also, does anyone know where this car came from? Would like to tell them how great it is and see if they have any other mods.
