Thanks Nav, no, I've tried with Media Fire, it never worked. At least the free version of Media Fire never worked for Get Component. Good news is the next version of our Nords will be alot smaller in file size. I found many disused files larking within all the Mas files. Totally unused. Files going back from the very first versions, files like treewalls, guard rails, tree maps, many unused normal maps. 2 sets of Tattoo files. This all, totaling over 690 files I deleted . Expect a huge drop in weight for next version. Nords will still be big, but not fat .
I had this once with dropbox as I said, and I remember them stating in the warning something like "if it happens again, we kick your ass" and thus making the suspension longer. I can't have that as I use it for my work mostly...... So, sorry, I am a bit careful with db.
Hey DJC, My dropbox is there to be used by you. Will send you a PM over here and at SR4L (hehe just mentioned to make some advertising ) Edwin
Get Component button back working. Big thank you to DickeyFuller, Juergen-BY and Eddy for your links. Should be good for now.
Thanks for the tease! However, your delicious close-ups are showing us the chain link fence pole stuck in the pavement instead of inside the grass area behind the curb (as it is on the other side). I am not an extreme graphics nit-picker, but this actually affects the immersion since you drive past it a lot on your way out to the track.
Not sure pleclair's "vision" is relevant here. His track last version stands on its own. We can see the incredible speed and competence of the people working on the new releases and hopefully they will respect the authenticity principle that most modders and users prefer.
I'd rather not see them entirely gone. Just there enough at about 1/3 their current height. Possibly angled to be a bump and not a sharp curb.
My opinion is that the curbing should be removed if its possible to do so. The curbs are not there in real life so in my opinion they have got to go. I can still enjoy this great track none the less, just feels weird driving past them because they don't belong. I guess if you have driven there for real so often it might bug you more than usual
It must, it have to, we got to......come on, they are doing this as a hobby, just to make us a pleasure. If it`s to much work, leave the curbs as they are.
