Non-DEDI server giving "Package Not Available"

Perhaps I should be more clear...PNA was not the only symptom, just the most obvious...getting to the "Attempting Direct Connect" page and not seeing an active Race button, hanging on track loading screen, and connection refused were more prevalent than PNA.
