Still not got the spotter audio, tried putting all other levels right down and spotter to full but nothing. Does it actually work?

It`s funny you should post about this MM as I was just going to...

Not turned all the other levels down but I`ve put the spotter up to max and can barely hear him.

Try setting Number of Effects to 32! I found the spotter is not working at all at 64. But havent experimented how high the number can be....
    However, it is very quiet

Spotter has never worked for me. Assumed it wasn't implemented yet.

I started with sound effects at 32 at the outset. I did have to turn all other sounds down about a 3rd and spotter volume up to 100%.
Still not very loud, but I can hear it. Spotter has worked for me since the beginning.

Spotter has never worked for me too. Effects to 32 with the first build and Effects to 64 since Build69. I will try to lower effects.
It works properly in Game Stock Car...

Work for me too, but speaking too far from the mic ;) I heard him thanks to my headphone I guess, as I can't hear it when I use speakers.

E.g. He announced each lap time.

As I`ve said I can hear the spotter but barely...

I`ve just turned this feature off for now as it`s pointless having him there if he can`t be heard.
