No Mod manifest file found in mod file

    I'm working on Mclaren honda mp4/4 mod. I finished my first version of the mod. So i made components of my car mas files. Finally i attempt for creating the mod package and install, it says "No mod manifest file found in mod file". Do anybody have an idea what's wrong?

    Did you save the component, then installed it and using the correct folder for packaging?

    Yes, i installed all components. Obviously i saved all components to component folder and then installed it. I don't know why won't it create the manifest file.
