no licence is downloaded

good morning,

my payment is no longer pending, but a licence is not downloaded.
when i start the launcher and go to simulate i can not start any kind of game, because they are all light grey.

i cannot login or update either.

how do i get a licence???

Open launcher. Go to purchase tab, activate.
