Changes V0.3.5:

1: As you can see in the image, the cars will be in the Japan Cars Classic category.

2: Within each car you will find different sub categories, as you can see there are the categories 1971, 1972, Fictional and Test Car. The categories 1971 and 1972 are faithful to the cars that competed in those years, regarding Fictional this is a fictional category. which will be made up of different vehicles. Finally Test Car are simply the cars used as tests.

3:finally the car will be divided into 3 categories
Super-Touring-Fictional = fictional category.
Super-Touring-Official = category of cars that ran in the years 1971 and 1972
Super-touring-TestCar = test cars.

Love the car, the physics the sounds everything! The imposed shift delay kills it for me though especially when racing ai, the delay isn’t imposed on the ai and I’ve also found the lift period to be unreliable, can we get this as a tuning option please?

As it was said for the datsun, if we leave the delay of the change as an option, this will mean an advantage for people who use it in online competitions, apart from taking away realism from the car, I have a small D510 and the delay is a difficulty more than assume when I drive the car on the track. :D:D

You might be overestimating the delay required. You also need to lift the throttle enough for the gears to engage (sort of!) so you might be thinking the delay is longer for that reason.

Good work both of you, Lazza you don't drop out of the server when you turn the head lights on do you? Private joke between Lazza and myself.

Thanks for pointing this out in discord @ItsBillyFrazier. It is really good one. I've just had 10laps at Guapore with it, and I thought that it is fantastic, a keeper.

Really nice model and skins. But the physics.... they are just top. I didn't know you were making physics for mods @Lazza

Steering feels great, handles really neatly and challenging. Tons of dynamics with this car. Generally rather understeery, but then front grip on and it goes into snap oversteer quickly, I only driven default setup (with low tire pressures), but I liked the default setup and general physics. Not the most powerful car (especially driving right after 917K), but it doesn't make it any less exciting. I really liked the way grip works, I agree with it, plenty of normal grip, but then as it is overdriven it can slip quickly, and sliding feels right, really managable, but if you'll sleep on, you'll spin, and there are lots and lots tiny slides to catch in every turn.

I am just not sure about tire wear, they wear extremely fast.

I also don't know real laptimes of this car, but it feels like if it would be correct pace. Not sure about AI, I was 4s slower than AI at Guapore at 105% strength, I am usually matching AI pace at that level. They did overtake me through outside at some places haha

The car is really great, I am going to drive it more right now.

Edit:

Fantastic in the wet as well. IMO absolutely matching with my own observations of watching cars raced on the limit in the rain. I did drive it in Goodwood, it was epic. Also I like how windshield effects are made, it was really immersive. Even this issues with overblown inside reflections wasn't too much of a big deal, as I felt like the view was similarly obscured to real life.

I don't know whats the pace is supposed to be, I did 1'27'4 in Goodwood not opt conditions, could get a bit faster. I think t is fair to say that this car is faster than Ferrari 250GTO, it makes sense to be true.
