I had a issue when assigning controls. After assigning driving and half way through the 3rd tab (can't remember the name atm) it stops responding when trying to select a button to assign. After pressing escape, it goes to a full white screen and have to force close the game. It also doesn't save any of the buttons you have done before the crash. This happened twice around the same spot, when assigning buttons to Display Mode (ie. standings, race info, pit display, etc) Specs: Windows 10 all available updates Nvidia driver 460.89 Rift S with latest firmware and Oculus updates All Fanatec Clubsport gear and a Bodnar USB controller Background software - iCue, VB Audio, Gigabyte App centre
I had the same issue with assigning controls. After setting the button and going back to the main screen and the UI just turn in the white screen and crash. I have to use task manager to close the game each time. I am new to rFactor 2, I like how the physics of this sim-racing. But the issue of the new UI and the crash of the server, really killing the game. I do like to tell more people about this game and invite my friends too, but need better servers and user-friendly open lobbies. Specs of my system Windows 10 64 bit, update today with all firmware 10 Gen-i7 2.90Ghz 16GB RAM RTX 2060 Close all the background software and disable antivirus too. Please fix.
