Hey all i have a strange problem for some time. It dates at that point when the game lost it's Vsync in the Menu. With the latest build i can watch replays in the small window, running perfectly fine and smooth. As soon as i go Fullscreen all starts to stutter, frame rate is still solid 60, but it's like no Vsync or Frame Pacing is way off. I have prepared a short video to demonstrate. If you look at the fence (right) or the bridge you can feel the stutter. The video is lessening the problem, in reality it's actually unwatchable.
I have found where the problem is - the overlay of the new UI during a replay causes the stutter. If i unlock the overlay and it goes hidden, everything is butter smooth. Somehow if you only extend the bar on top with the standings (it's animated) the stutter is really bad. If you unhide only the controls (camera, pause / resume etc.) it stutters when navigating those, but if the mouse is still it's fine.
