updated again (Package 2017_TTRS_7) + Firmware

Thank you very much again.

By cons I tried in every way, my FIRMWARE does not update.

However normally it is the software / driver + the FIRMWARE.

Can someone advise me please?

Thank you.

PS: after the update, all your precious parameters will be updated ... including the fake damper effects etc.

My week old TS-PC is sidelined with a bad power plug or socket...[can't plug it in far enough to get power to the wheel.] But prior to that failing, it updated to v5 cleanly. Sounds like v6 must have broken something that was fixed by v7

I take it you mean it won’t go far enough into the base of the wheel,it’s a common issue, but not really an issue, you have to really force it in,it’s a very snug fit.

I’ve lost track of the amount of people reporting this and sending the wheel back prematurely,I nearly did myself, you just need to use a lot of pressure to fully seat it,it’s a common issue with the t300 and newer

could not get it to fit in. looks like the metal ring has curved up slightly down at the seam. I'll see if I can pinch it back into a circle shape with needle nose pliers, but that looks like there might not be enough room to get the needle nose pliers in far enough to help.

I get what you mean about not forcing an electrical component,I was gutted when my t300 came and I couldn’t get the power plug into the base.
Unless the connect fitting has changed on the newer ones, wiggling it from side to side while really pushing in used to do the trick.

Maybe yours is faulty though, either way good luck

I'm confused, should I always get the latest updates if the change log doesn't have anything for me? I have T500RS.

updated firmware..unable to map or detect wheel..crashes rf2...anyone else??? no problems with othe rsims...yes, i deleted the controller json

New drivers for T500RS (not firmware) and probably for all Thrustmaster. Go to the official site.

Very important :
After installing the new driver, the settings will be defauts setting.
