New "S397HUD" all identical

The four new "S397HUD" versions all render the same HUD despite which you pick

Also I hope at least one of those 3 other versions has the track position bar at the bottom, not on top : - )

Minimal = No Pedal inputs displayed
Split = if the top data is on the same element as the position bar. (4 key to enable)
note you can't change HUD whilst in game at present.
