Needs a VenueIcon in GDB

In my tracks menu I have an Icon that is entitled "Needs a VenueIcon in GDB".

Does anyone know where that comes from. I have stripped out everything but Stock ISI stuff and released tracks.

It doesn't do anything but send me back to the launcher. It's driving me nuts, (oh, I guess I was already that way)

I'm pretty sure its from Mugello, the trackmaker left a copy of the SCN in by mistake!
