Recently had to take my CPU to shop and they had to reload windows etc etc to get rid of some viruses I picked up. How do I go about getting my "lifetime" rfactor2 purchase reloaded?

Unless you backed up your license file, you need to re-activate rF2 again from the launcher. You will lose one activation, but I think ISI gives you 5 activations by default.
