Multiplayers unable to download track

Setup a multiplayer game with the cars and tracks in the Packages folder of RF2.

The players were able to get most cars and tracks except Baku which is over 500mb

Any idea why

 

In the Multiplayer.JSON, raise this Value.

"HTTP Server Max File Size":500,
"HTTP Server Max File Size#":"Maximum file size, in MB, that the HTTP server will provide",

Can this Value be 1000?

 

Yes, why not.
But think at, that the Download Traffic can cause Lags on the Server.
