What is the issue you are showing? The car on the left? That's waiting for you to exit your car so it can load the skin. It can't load the skin while you are driving, or it would make you stutter and probably crash your car. So it loads a temporary car and will load it when you stop driving. I assume it is Maxrega on the left.
Oh +1 that, it is a little distracting as it stands. I also didn't know what this was at first, I guessed at what it might be correctly. But it is a little odd.
