And this is why rf2 is falling behind in physics, tyres,A.I -> "For over a year, the Netherlands-based developer has been providing its expertise in vehicle physics, tire modeling and AI for Motorsport Games’ upcoming reboot of the NASCAR" This looks like they doubling down on MG upcoming nascar simcade (lets be honest it will be a mass appeal game....simcade at best) while RF2 gets....*drum roll*.......space screen reflection !! This how you convince people to buy RF2. This acquisition does NOT look promising at all. Another problem is this-> "Studio 397 will maintain its brand and name while continuing to develop the rFactor 2 platform, as well as working on other Motorsport Games titles" Now how tf S397 gonna manage multiple games side by side ? they barely getting one thing done in rf2 with YEARS of time. Forget the physics they haven't even implemented basic stuff like sparks effects.
