Morgan Park Raceway v0.65 Morgan Park is a club track in Warwick Queensland Australia My first scratch built track. When I first started this track I had never used a 3d program and had no knowledge of modding. During this time I have learnt a lot but there is still a lot I don't know. Since that time Morgan Park has had many circuit extensions with the last extension in 2010. That extension more than doubled the layouts and today Morgan Park boasts having 11 layouts which I have included 10 of those layouts. There is still things I want to do to the track and it is NOT finished yet but I thought it was time to give it to the wider community to get your feedback. I built the track trying to give myself a very immersive feel which I have done. I can drive the track and get lost in the immersion and I hope everyone else gets the same feeling. So now it's time to see what you all think. I hope you enjoy AIW not very good but new AIW is being made by SS Start lights not working NiB Change log v0.65 Every object has had material and texture changes and brought up to DX11 standard. Downloaded fine for me using Google Chrome. But not tested the track in-game yet. EDIT: Just ran a practise session, on the K layout, in the ISI Camaro. This is a fab little track! It's perfect for the Skip Barber, the Clio's, the Panoz and Plickbadgers MX-5; even the big, lumbering Camaro was a lot of fun round it too.. and I wasn't expecting so many different layouts! Everything seems ok when driving round it and no obvious bugs spotted. A couple of things I did notice though and they are purely observations, not complaints. Everything seems really bright, no luminous colours as such, but things like the white pit wall, seem to give off a lot of glare. It was an early(ish) morning practise session, set from 9am I think. I'm guessing, this is to do with the HDR and could well actually look like that, at that time of day, but it was something that stood out to me initially. Also the AI seem quite slow at 100%, I noticed they seem to miss most of the apexes, at least on the layout I ran on and it only took me a handful of laps, on a track I have never seen before, to beat them by quite some margin. No biggy and as you have stated in the OP this track is still WIP, so I'm sure you are already aware of all this. Thankyou, once again. This is a great track, done really nicely for rF2. Cheers Justin
Thank you Nibiru, downloading now. I dont know why the issue with Mega .... in the past i have downloaded many files via Mega, without open dns (IE 11 user here), but this time "the remore resource doesnt accept the connession" ... sorry for the issue and thanks again for the new link.
The multiple layouts are awesome--thanks for taking the extra effort to do those. Only had time for a quick spin on one layout - A - and there is a huge invisible bump on the main straight.
Just tried to load the track in DevMode but it crashes because of the AIW file. If I delete the AIW file the track loads but the car is 100 meters below the track surface.
It's been awhile since I drove track A. I don't recall any issue with it but will be checking it out. Tracks H and K will be the most used layouts I believe.
I have never had an issue with the aiw file strange you are. Is it with all layouts? The track sits 493m up. You could use 3dsimed to move the scene down if you have it. I'll probably move the scene down when I make the aiw again.
