SOLVED Mods won't install or game won't update due to "Missing File Privileges"

So I don't exactly know what the problem is, but after reinstalling the game, although keeping the older version, I went to download 2 mods. The 312/76 Ferrari, which download went fine, and the FXX K, which after clicking subscribe didn't start downloading. I went to the download page, and it said update required (for downloading the mod) but when I click it, just says Missing File Privileges. Clicking on said file also gives an error message.

Think it is something to do with Windows not having the permission to write to that part of the driver/folder
