Hi clever people,
Sorry - multi part question ahead - and this is not strictly modding, but other games allow literally one click to do this, so therefore I'm classing this as modding
I want to set-up a 45min race whereby I want the AI to stop and refuel and take tyres sometime mid race.
So, I know there are a few ways to do this:
- Set an increased fuel usage
- Assign a fixed set-up
The increased fuel usage I don't really want to use - having the car full of fuel just makes it a heavy SOB.
So, with the fixed set-up option, when the AI run out of fuel do they re-fuel to the maximum - or will they refuel enough for the rest of the race?
And does the race have to be based on laps or time?
Supplementary Question:
Also I know LFM have made a mod to decrease the fuel tank capacity (of GTE's for example) to ~ 40 Ltrs.
How would I do that?
