SOLVED mod install

hi guys..just a little confused, mods go in packages folder right?anyway i just placed Mak Corp- International Formula Series 3 for rF2 i packages folder but i can't find the mod to install although i can see it in the packeges folder can any help please? regards
 
thank you for your answer but i tried that already/ the issue is it does not show-the mod is placed in packages folder but does not show in the mod manager..i also did a fresh reinstall of the game
 
yes i ticked every box then unticked them then i tried every box individually,i bought the game on day one release over a year and i have never had this issue before..very confused

I would try downloading the component again. A corrupt download is known to cause this issue.

tried that about 3 times already and i still can't install any mods.i did a redownload then fresh install of everything i am only trying to install Mak-cop_isf3_open -beta_0.6.m but now i can't install any mods unless it's official isi..i think i will just stop playing rfactor2 thanks for all your help everyone
 
because it gives me this error OUT THE MEMORY, that I can do to complete the installation of the mod or Creation of the Self.
