I tried updating recently and I keep getting this message "SyncManager.exe-System error" "The program can't start because MSVCP110.dll is missing from your computer." I tried doing a couple of the fixes listed in the forum, like re-installing with the lite version or re-installing the vcredist_x64.exe and vcredist_x86.exe files, but nothing is working. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

nevermind, misread your post - you've already tried the lite version. Have you tried removing all plugins?

    Sure it is not MSVCR110.dll

If so install 2012 VBasic http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=30679 both 32bit/64bit

Include " all" needed Redistribution Packs in the folder would be obvious solution.

    Most new titles do.

They already do and have done since the very first build, you can see them in the installer on the 3rd screen 'Choose Components' and after a successful install you'll find them in Support\DirectX and Runtimes folders.

I never remember vbasic in early builds, DX I do
I just noticed there is more folders in tools then used to be.

    Why write this.......

Bit confusing why not include both ? :)

AS I said Include " all" needed Redistribution Packs in the folder would be obvious solution.

Package them 2010 and 2012 in tools so people can distinguish then easy. ;)

Maybe even a readme in folder.........
