View attachment 18558 My mirrors are like this, dark. But they are taking fps so I guess I just can't see it. How can I fix? Don't know if it's only this mod/car because the other 2 I tried to load till now (IndyCar and a ISI formula) just crash while loading
Also i have this problems only if use mercedes safety car . Inviato dal mio GT-N7000 utilizzando Tapatalk
Hitting the number-key "3" some times don't changes it? Maybe the cars where that happens have no mirror-material assigned to, at least, one of the used meshes, then.
Oh well.. hard to try to check things when I have to restart my PC if I want to open rF2 launcher again. Gotta give it a few days to see if there is any fix.
? You never had pacecar installed ...you mad at who ? You been told how to do it and of Course YES he is right you do have a mirror toggle button.
Mad at ISI for not finding a better way to allow us to pick what we want to install from the workshop And as I said the toggle buttom changes nothing, I want to use the mirror (it is ON in the pic) not to turn it off
Okay now that is fair comment but nothing to get mad about quite yet " Of course not" was not really a answer ....... for all anyone knows you could have mapped over the top of it or simply never realized. Spare a thought for DD and others that had the dreaded Historic black mirrors to contend with till DJC came up with the " black mirror bug fix" And back then we only had a handful of cars to drive.
This statement makes me suspect that you use the Steam Version right? Just a hint for future problem-posts: always tell us that you use the steam Version. But in this case it shouldn't play a role and i still think the problem is caused by a not proper set or missing mirror material.
Oh yeah sorry xD After running a integrity check that Steam said it was all ok and didn't need to download any file the mirror is working. Too bad it didn't fix the crashing cars (like IndyCar) Now if only was possible to manualy reduce mirror resolution, it could give me some fps I could use to rise other settings, like it was possible in rF1. ISI please consider this in (near) future.
Isi did/do have a better way to download content its called non steam release and very limited PC savy.
