I've been trying several times today (15-20 times) and most times (90%) when I launch the online option, all I get is the "SEARCHING MATCHMAKER..." message and nothing else. Going to https://world.rfactor.net/server-list shows the servers list just fine. It's just from within the game that no list pops up. Is this known? Anyone else?
