Make Historic F3's Great Again!

And this week we are off to Albi 2006 NC in the trusty old F3's. Must say there are some of our guys starting to pick up the pace lately. Sam and stinger are starting to show the results of plenty of seat time. Well done.

Well that was hands down the best racing in a long time. Bit of a bummer that cookie went off. Three of us side by side and bumper to bumper for 3/4 of the race without a single touch. Wish I had replays on now.
Anyway this week we are off to Castle Combe in the F3's Been quite a while since this combo.

how is such question supposed to make one feel? i've made nine EVE skins, but only two Sparkers, one of which i thought i'll give to you, but now i think i'll keep it! ;)
How I came about my skin is a bit funny. I was doing a skin for someone else and thought I probably should have one as well. I Had no idea what to do but I was eating a bag of Licorice Allsorts and pulled out the Black, yellow and green one so I thought that will do.;)

The next couple of Saturdays I'm busy, but I'm hoping to come and race with you guys in the future. I tried the car for the first time in ages, and it seemed much more stable than I remembered it. Has there been an update to the car? Or has default setup been improved or something?
It definitely feels different.

from what i read there were a few small updates for both, but physics-wise only behaviour in rain has been adjusted.
this could mean that what changed is ... you! - older, wiser, more grounded! :)

do ask for setups when you're online, - people will share and you'll find new ways to tackle tracks.

welcome back and hope to c u on track soon!

Thanks!
I remember the car being really twitchy before. It's not at all now - I'd probably like it to be a bit more unstable.
Perhaps I'm just getting used to tricky cars....

Indeed! Quite the cracker of a race. This is why I drive online. Thanks for some great driving, cookie and Paul.

Funny what the adrenaline can do. I said we were at it for 3/4 of the race and it was just over half. The last 9 laps seemed to go so quick.
Cookies off was unusual. I'd been sliding onto and over that final kerb lap after lap. From swingman it looks like he had a very gentle slide, just touched the kerb and it just kept going around. Maybe he was just getting on the throttle at that critical second.
Couple of really nice saves by you on laps 8 and 14 Jim.

First race for me in a long time and I absolutely enjoyed meinself!!
I used the Crew Chief program too, for the first time in a race. It was great! It called all you fine Gentlemen by name and said some rude things about some of you and me! LOL!!! Awesome fun!
See yas next week.

well , whos the devil chicken? , man oh man
first time on 'toban medium reverse' for me , what a treat that was not having to do a bunch of slow corners , i had no idea!
great turn out too
