Lost Order Number but want to upgrade to Lifetime licence. But how?

    Hi,

    i have found the link Tim posted (FAQ), but like the title says, I cant find no Order Number. Mail must have been deleted.
    At least I need to get my reactivation counter resetted for I accidently reactivated without having to while I was looking for the order Nr. Is this possible without the Order Nr?
