Hi, i have a big problem here. Yesterday i was trying to modify a mod (aiw path to be clear). I've made certainly some mistakes there with the mas file packaging. That was my first try But now, even if i go to the workshop or manually, i can't reinstall this mod (f1 1988) Any idea?
rF2 doesn't really allow "drag and drop" files. You can in the mod dev, but not the main game. If you want to make edits, transfer the files, and get it working in mod dev. Once it is working there, you can edit the files. Once you are satisfied, you will need to create a new package with those new files. As for your F1 1988 mod, you'll have to replace that .mas file you edited with the original, or uninstall and reinstall the package
Hi chris. Thanks for your answer. I have fund a backup of this mod in my old hard drive. All works ok now but it was strange though. I had download from the forum thos mod and it was a rfcmod. Not rfcmp and didt n know how to manage it. On steam version, it was like the package was still there. It download only a small file like an update. That was a mismatch in my files for sur lol. will read better the guides
